The Great Wonders of Egypt - 10 Days,9 Nights

  • Day 1: 
  • Welcome to Cairo . your tour begins when we greet you at the airport and assist you through immigration and custom formalities.Once you collect your luggage we will then transport you in our private deluxe air conditioned vehicle to your hotel Le Meridien Pyramid.

Day 2: CAIRO

  • Breakfast at your hotel followed by a full day tour
  • in the morning we will drive you to see The Great Sphinx commonly referred to as The Sphinx of Giza it is a limestone statue of a reclining sphinx , a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human.
  • After lunch you then visit one of the seven wonders of the world The Great Pyramids of Giza.This complex of ancient monuments includes three pyramid complexes known as The Great Pyramids they are by far the oldest of the ancient wonders and the only one still in existence..
  • After a long day we return you to your hotel to relax and enjoy your evening

Day 3: CAIRO

  • Breakfast at your hotel 
  • Just a quick drive and then we 
  • .Arrive at The Egyptian museum which is home to an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities.It is considered to be one of the oldest ,most famous,and largest museums in the world.Situated in front of the museum at the main entrance there is a small artificial lake that has some of the lotus and the papyrus plants ,the most important plants for the ancient Egyptians.The museum consists of two floors ,the ground floor which hosts the heavier displays like coffins,huge statues and carvings.The Upper floor hosts the lighter displays including gadgets and tools,funerary objects, smaller statues.papyrus papers,wooden coffins,jewelry and the display of King Tutankhamun tomb. No Photography is allowed .
  • Return back to hotel for Dinner and time to relax and chill



  • Breakfast and transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor 
  • On arrival you will be met by our falcon representative who will assist you with your transfer to your Nile Cruise.
  • After a short rest we then take you to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple . The Karnak Temple complex comprises of a vast mix of decayed temples,chapels ,pylons and other buildings in Egypt. The largest of the precincts is dedicated to Amun-Re the chief deity of the Theban Triad. It also has one of the largest Obelisks weighing 328 tonnes and standing 29 meters tall .
  • After Karnak we then move to Luxor Temple which is located on the east bank of the Nile river this temple was dedicated to the king of the Egyptian gods AMON-RA.Luxor temple has two outer courtyards connected by a column line hallway called a Colonnade.Unlike other temples in Thebes ,Luxor temple is not dedicated to a cult god or a deified version of the king in death instead Luxor Temple is dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship.During the christian era ,the temples hypostyle hall was converted into a christian church and the remains of another coptic church can be seen to the West.Karnak and Luxor temples were once connected by  an avenue of Sphinxes which was over one and a half miles long.
  • Return to your cruise ship to relax

  • After dinner enjoy a Belly dancing show and a Nubian show.Belly dancing also  referred to as a Arabic dance is  an Arabic expressive dance which originated in egypt . The Nubian show originates from the early inhabitants of the central nile valley believed to be one of the earliest cradles of civilisation.
  • Overnight on board

Day 6 :LUXOR

  • After your night of dancing what better way to wake up to an early morning Hot Air balloon ride. WOW this hot air balloon ride will give you the opportunity to see the largest open air museum in the world from above and during sunrise
  • Back to your cruise ship and a quick refresh 
  • We then take you to the amazing Valley of the Kings . also known as the Valley of the Gates of the Kings where for a period of nearly 500 years from the 16th to 11th century BC rock cut tombs were excavated for the Pharaohs and powerful nobles of the new kingdom . This valley stands on the west bank of the Nile also know as the valley of the dead.The majority of the Royal Tombs were decorated with religious texts and images and also some of the journey of the son god passing through the twelve gates that divide the night time and ensures the tombs owner safe passage through the night.Most of the tombs are not opened to the public 18 tombs can be opened but normally there are maybe four or five that you can go inside photography is not allowed inside the tombs.
  • After the Valley of the Kings we take you to see Queen Hatshepsut Temple this also lies on the west bank . This is an amazing temple built inside the mountainside amazing to see.The Temple employs a lengthy, colonnaded terrace. There are three layered terraces which are connected by long ramps which were once surrounded by gardens with foreign plants including frankincense and myrrh trees.Hatshepsuts temple is considered the closest Egypt came to classical architecture.
  • Return to your cruise ship for lunch and after lunch will set sail.
  • Enjoy the most beautiful sites as we sail down the Nile 
  • Enjoy your afternoon tea
  • After Dinner enjoy the Disco party 
  • Overnight on board.

Day 7 : EDFU

  • Breakfast on board
  • A trip to Edfu and to Kom-ombo
  • The Temple of Edfu is an ancient Egyptian temple located on the west bank of the nile in the town of Edfu.It was built between 237 and 57 BC and is one of the best preserved ancient monuments in Egypt. It was the home and cult center of the Falcon god Horus of Behdet which is the ancient name for Edfu.It actually took about 180 years to construct wow .The walls are decorated with scenes showing the story of the divine birth of Horus the child, in the presence of the Goddess Hathor , the God Khenoum and other deities who were concerned with pregnancy and birth On other parts of the temples buildings there are many battle scenes as well as the famous scene of the ritual of the Temple Foundation.
  • After Edfu we then take you to Kom-Ombo This temple is located about 4km south of the town of Kom -Ombo and is dedicated to two gods Horus and the crocodile God Sobek and it dates ack to 119 BC . The town of Kom -Ombo is situated on the east bank also known as the bank of the living .The word Kom-Ombo actually means Hill of Gold
  • Back to relax and have afternoon tea
  • After dinner you will enjoy a Galabeya party.  This is a tradition on the river cruise where everyone buys and wears a Galabeya which is a traditional Egyptian Gown you may be able to buy this onboard the ship
  • Over night on board. 
  • Sail to Aswan

Day 8: ASWAN

  • Break fast on board
  • After breakfast we head to the High Dam of Aswan and discover the incredible wonders of this engineering miracle. The Dam was built in the 1960s and allows visitors to look out over Lake Nasser towards Kalabsha temple and take in the unique views of the huge power plant further to the north 
  • From here we then make our way to the Unfinished Obelisk located in the granite quarries. Here you will learn how these reserves served as a main supply for ancient temples and colossi.
  • Finally we make our way to Philae Temple,  what is possibly Aswan most famous site. Here you will learn how this great temple was moved after the High Dam caused rivers to rise dangerously close to the ancient relic . You will have to take a small motorboat ride to get to the temple which makes it more exciting lifejackets are issued . This temple was dedicated to the Goddess Isis any additional free time use how you would like. 
  • We then set sail in a private Felucca around Kitcheners Island and The Aghakhan Mausoleum.A Felucca is a small boat propelled by oars or lateen sails or both ,these have been sailing on the nile for thousands of years and are still used regularly by the locals. This really is a fun trip. 
  • Return to cruise ship
  • Dinner on board
  • Over night on board.


  • Early morning start as after breakfast we take you to Abu-Simbel
  • Abu -Simbel is considered to be the masterpieces of Ancient Egypt .They reflect the glory and the grandeur of the new kingdom . The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood . These temples are unique both in style and in their setting on the banks of Lake Nasser .
  • Transfer back to Aswan to the airport for your flight to Cairo 
  • On arrival in Cairo you are met by our representative who will take you to stay overnight in The Le Meridian hotel

Day 10: After breakfast at your hotel our guide will pick you up and transfer to Cairo airport for the final departure.
